Description
METHOD: Bring 900ml of water to a boil in a non-stick pan. Add 1/2 a tsp of salt once heated. Gently sprinkle 400g Hajiya’s Pounded Yam into the hot water, stirring quickly as you do so. Mix well and allow it to cook. Stir every 5-10 minutes, until cooked. Serve with a soup or stew.
