Description
METHOD: Empty all contents of Hajiya’s Waina Mix in a bowl and mix with 100g of unsweetened greek yoghurt and 180ml of water. Cover bowl with some cling film and a damp cloth and leave to sit in a warm dry place for 8 hours or leave overnight. Heat a masa/aebleskiver pan and grease each hole with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Add scoops of the mixture into each hole and cover, turning over as each side is cooked. Leave to cool before serving. For best results, sprinkle with Hajiya’s Suya Spice N° 2, or serve with miyan taushe.
