Description
METHOD: Empty all contents of Hajiya’s Gurasa Mix in a bowl. Mix with 1 large egg, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 250ml lukewarm water and mix well. Cover bowl with a damp cloth for and leave to sit in a warm dry place for 1 hour 30 minutes to allow dough to rise. Heat a pan, stir the mixture for 5 seconds and add flat dollops of it into the hot pan, turning over frequently until cooked on both sides. Leave to cool before serving. For best results, dip lightly in warm water and sprinkle with Hajiya’s Suya Spice N 2.
