Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. We offer both express and standard delivery worldwide. Plus, shipping is FREE when your order is over £200. This applies to UK orders only.

Can I track my order?

When will my order be shipped?
Upon successfully placing an order on our website, your order is immediately processed within 24-48 business hours from Monday to Thursday, unless the item is out of stock. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed within the next 24-48 business hours. Shipping date for your destination is displayed during the checkout process. All shipping dates and times exclude weekends and public or national holidays.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We’re sorry, but orders can only be placed online.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, it is processed immediately to aid faster shipping. Please contact us for assistance.
How can I return an item?
Where an item purchased is returnable (see a list of non-returnable items below), you can return the item within 14 days by contacting us for a returns number (RMA). All items must be in a resalable condition with bags/boxes sealed, no tags cut off and be returned in the original packaging.
Please make sure that you include the following details in your package:
- Your order number
- Returns number (RMA) which you received from our customer care team
- Returns note, indicating which item(s) you’d like exchanged or refunded
- The new size or colour you’d like of the items to be exchanged

Which carrier(s) do you use?
We use various carriers to ship orders, they include but are not limited to Royal Mail, EVRI, DHL and UPS. Carrier chosen would depend on your delivery location and time of order.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed and received within 14 business days.
Please note that when returning an item, refund is processed once your return is received at our warehouse. And where an order is cancelled shortly after placing an order, a refund is processed only if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped, you would need to return the item to us to enable us process a refund.
How will my refund be issued?
Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
When will I receive my order?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery/shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
